People search for others in lifestyle, not because of any appeal or other relationships. It is to discuss some aspect of our useful lifestyle to whom, we have confidence in and admiration.

Understand each other’s needs.

The importance of understanding everyone's needs as a way towards more wellbeing is a major reason why Mediation Support Ltd's CEO, Paul Crosland founded the local Action for Happiness group, which is now being developed further by others in the group with many years of connection with Hastings & St Leonards

Paul will particularly be focussing on a more inclusive and bigger www.agoodweek.com from 18-24th June 2012. IT'S NOT TOO SOON TO JOIN IN THE PLANNING & TEAM-BUILDING.

Your local well-being group

Welcome to a resource-base to support your local well-being group.
Why not host a one-hour meeting of friends/neighbours to get a handle on this happiness/well-being social movement. We call this a Happiness 101 session. (For more on the web-page from above). We can provide three members of the Hastings & St Leonards Action for Happiness Group to introduce the session; 10 minutes each, and then we ask for some sharing from those who want to speak about what happiness and wellbeing mean to them. Ideally, we ask you to invite us to your home and to have 5 people from the neighbouring 5 streets there.
